  • Are You a United States based company?
    Yes, we are based in WV. All of our products are purchased, processed, and sold out of the United States.
  • What is the freeze dry process?
    First, we create a delicious meal and cool the food down in a blast chiller. This helps to alleviate the threat of bacteria growing while food is cooling. Next, food is loaded in our freeze dryers until all moisture is removed. Product is then packaged and shipped.
  • What is the shelf life of your products
    All our products have a shelf life of 25 years.
  • When should I expect to receive my order
    All orders placed on our website Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within two business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (except APO address) unless you have requested faster freight. Your order should arrive 7-10 days once it has been shipped. Please note at times shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, or an increased volume of orders. Payments will be processed when your order ships, with the exception of orders paid via PayPal. If we run out of our product, you will be able to "pre-order" and receive your order within 10 days of placing that pre-order
  • Do you have subscription plans
    At the moment we do not. With that said, please check back regularly as we will be offering them in the future. In addition, if you have some ideas of what would work best for you, please contact our Customer Service department and let us know what they might be!
  • What methods of payment do you accept
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) In addition, we accept PayPal as an alternate form of payment
  • What is your Refund Policy
    CREDIT/EXCHANGE After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and send you a Store Credit or exchange the product. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. EXCEPTIONS The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. · Items that have already been opened. Sales Items DEFECTIVE ITEMS For defective or damaged products, Please contact us at the contact address to arrange a credit or exchange. SALE ITEMS Please Note: ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • What is your return policy?
    All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange unsealed products.
  • What is your return process
    RETURN PROCESS 1.To return an item, please email customer service at moutaintopessentials@outlook.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number 2.
